I work with mature adults who are looking to gain insight, self-awareness, and clarity in their lives.  I enjoy helping adults overcome fears, blocks, and trauma so that they can live a fulfilling and abundant life. I especially love serving other mental health professionals, doctors, nurses, teachers, and first responders.
